1.1 b) Reports and Responses to Film Festival Studies

As more research on film festivals is being conducted, scholars and professionals have begun reflecting on definitions, methods and objectives. Is there a common agenda for this research that has been suggested to form an emerging field of film festival studies (De Valck/Loist 2009, section 1.1 a)?
